Before 30 April, the body referred to in article L. 6331-60 sends the skills operator the financial and statistical information required to meet the obligations set out in articles R. 6332-30 to R. 6332-33. Before 30 April, it will send the Minister responsible for vocational training a report on its previous annual activity, enabling its operation to be monitored and the use of the funds received to be assessed.
