Article R6341-9 of the French Labour Code

Approval of the training course may be withdrawn after three months’ notice on the grounds of the results of checks carried out by the bodies or departments responsible for carrying out administrative, financial or technical inspections. Withdrawal of approval does not prevent the persons concerned from continuing to receive their remuneration until the end of the training period.
