Until 31 December 2013, for the application in Mayotte of the fourth paragraph of Article L. 2311-5, the words: “Between the deadline for mandating set out in the third paragraph of Article L. 1612-11 and the deadline for voting on the rates of local taxation set out in Article 1639 A of the General Tax Code” are replaced by the words: “Before 31 March”.

Until 31 December 2013, by way of derogation from Article L. 2334-29, the amount of the special allocation for housing teachers in Mayotte is calculated by multiplying the number of teachers concerned in Mayotte by the unit amount of the special allocation. It is deducted from the first part of the special allocation and is allocated to the Department.

In all communes in Mayotte where an initial numbering operation is carried out, half of the cost of the operation, if completed before 31 December 2018, is subject to financial compensation in the form of an exceptional grant paid by the State.
Article L. 2335-3 shall apply in Mayotte from 1 January 2014.
