The collection body or service provides Ile-de-France Mobilités with the individual or collective payment certificates required for the reimbursements provided for in articles L. 2531-6 and L. 2531-7.

Reimbursement requests are sent quarterly to Ile-de-France Mobilités for those liable, accompanied by all relevant supporting documents, to enable it to exercise the control provided for in Article L. 2531-10.

The urbanisation perimeter of existing new towns or towns to be created referred to in 2° of Article L. 2531-6 is set in accordance with the conditions set out in articles L. 5311-1 to L. 5311-3.
