An appeal for review may be lodged with the commission in the event that its decision is based on false documents. The appeal must be lodged within one month of the day on which the party became aware of the ground for review that it is invoking.
Where a decision of the Commission is vitiated by a material error likely to have had an influence on the judgment of the case, the interested party may appeal to the Commission for rectification. This appeal must be lodged within one month of the day of notification of the decision whose rectification is requested.
In the event of rejection of a complaint addressed to the administrative authority and seeking to obtain enforcement of a decision of the commission du contentieux du stationnement payant, only an express decision will start the time limits for contentious appeal.
The time limit for appealing against an express administrative decision refusing to take the measures necessary to enforce a decision of the commission du contentieux du stationnement payant is interrupted by a request for enforcement submitted to the administrative authority until notification of the decision ruling on that request.
Applications for enforcement under this paragraph may be made without the assistance of a lawyer.
Applications for the enforcement of decisions handed down by the Commission du contentieux du stationnement payant may be submitted via the internet-accessible portal mentioned in article R. 2333-120-32 bis. The commission may, by means of the same portal, send the administrative authority the communications and notifications necessary for the execution of the decision and inform the applicant of the outcome of its request.
An application for the Commission to prescribe the measures necessary for the enforcement of a final decision of that Commission, accompanied, where appropriate, by a periodic penalty payment, may not be made, unless the authority concerned expressly refuses to enforce the decision, before the expiry of a period of three months from the date of notification of that decision.
