Communes, local public establishments and public interest groupings submit their grant application to the State representative in the department, within twelve months of the police measure ordering the eviction or evacuation of the people occupying the premises. At the request of the minister responsible for local and regional authorities, the representative of the State in the department assesses the total amount of subsidies likely to be granted, together with the list of applications selected for this assessment. .
