The French child’s coming of age does not prevent renewal of the residence permit provided for in article L. 423-7.

A foreign national who is a dependent parent of a French national and his/her spouse will be issued with a ten-year residence permit subject to production of the long-stay visa provided for in 1° of article L. 411-1 and regularity of residence.
