A foreigner who evades or attempts to evade the enforcement of a decision to implement a decision taken by another State, a decision to surrender to the authorities of another State or a transfer decision provided for in Article L. 572-1 shall be liable to three years’ imprisonment.A foreigner convicted under this article shall incur the additional penalty of three years’ ban from French territory.
