When the administrative authority requires the foreign national to surrender his or her passport or any identity or travel document in his or her possession, pursuant to article L. 733-4, it shall issue the foreign national with a receipt in exchange for proof of identity.The time limit granted to the foreign national for his or her departure shall, where appropriate, be indicated on this receipt.
