The agreement shall contain a preamble outlining its objectives and content. The absence of a preamble does not render the agreement null and void.
The agreement is concluded for a fixed or indefinite period. In the absence of any stipulation in the agreement as to its duration, the duration is set at five years. When the agreement expires, it ceases to have effect.
The agreement shall specify the form in which and the period after which it may be renewed or revised.
