The Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides (French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons) summons the asylum seeker to a personal interview pursuant to Article L. 531-12, under the conditions set out in Article R. 531-17.

When the personal interview conducted with the asylum seeker requires the assistance of an interpreter, their fee is paid by the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons.
