In the absence of an agreement, the provisions of articles L. 2353-29 to L. 2353-32 relating to employee participation on the board of directors and supervisory board within the European Company apply to the European Cooperative Society.
By way of derogation from the provisions of Article L. 2363-9 insofar as it refers to the first paragraph of Article L. 2353-32, the State in which the registered office of the European Cooperative Society is situated shall in any event have at least one registered office.
