Selective financial aid is awarded for the organisation of collective operations to encourage information and promotional activities aimed at professionals in the immersive creation sector.
Selective financial aid is awarded for the organisation of collective operations to encourage information and promotional activities aimed at professionals in the immersive creation sector.
Aid for collective operations is awarded to legal entities that meet the conditions set out in article 321-17.
Aid for collective operations is awarded on the basis of the following criteria:1° The operation’s ability to contribute to a mission of general interest for the immersive creation sector;2° The relevance of the format and theme and the quality of the programming;3° The relevance of the communication strategy with regard to the target audience;4° The operation’s ability to finance and organise itself.
Aid for collective operations is granted to help cover the following costs:1° Staff costs associated with organising the operation;2° Costs of drawing up the programme for the operation;3° Costs of conferences and workshops;4° Costs of hiring space and equipment;5° Communication and reception costs.
The amount of aid for collective operations may not exceed 50% of the expenditure mentioned in article 321-33.
The beneficiary of aid for collective operations has a period of twelve months from the signing of the agreement to provide the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée with proof that the operation has been completed.Exceptionally, and at the reasoned request of the beneficiary, the aforementioned period may be extended for a period not exceeding twelve months, by decision of the Chairman of the Centre national du cinéma…
The Immersive Works Commission is made up of nineteen members, including a chairman and two vice-chairmen, appointed for a renewable term of two years.
The Commission is made up of two colleges sitting separately.The first college comprises the Chairman, a Vice-Chairman and eight other members. It is responsible for examining applications for writing grants and pre-production grants.The second college comprises the chairman, a vice-chairman and eight other members. It is responsible for examining applications for production aid and aid for collective operations.
Selective financial aid is awarded to support the writing, pre-production and production of video games, as well as the organisation of collective operations aimed at professionals in the video game sector.
The decision to award a grant is taken on the advice of the Video Game Grants Committee.
