Appendix: GENERAL RULES FOR FINANCIAL AID FROM THE CENTRE NATIONAL DU CINÉMA ET DE L'IMAGE ANIMÉE

Selective financial aid is awarded:1° For the development and production of one or more works by authors or production companies present on digital platforms, who propose a high-quality artistic project, in order to encourage the discovery and renewal of talent in the field of video creation on these platforms;2° For the development of projects of artistic interest whose writing requires additional work, presented by emerging authors, in order to contribute…

The beneficiaries of the grants are:1° Natural persons who are French nationals or equivalent;2° Legal entities that are production companies established in France.

Recipients of aid must:1° Either have at least 10,000 subscribers on a single digital channel at the date of the application for aid;2° Or have directed or produced a work that has won a prize at a festival on the list annexed to this book over the last five years.

Except when they are awarded under 2° of article 432-1, the amount of aid may not exceed 50% of the final cost of the work.

Selective financial aid is awarded to support the production and broadcasting of a coherent set of quality works of artistic or cultural interest intended for initial public viewing on digital channels and contributing to the enrichment and editorial content of these channels.

The beneficiaries of the aid are production companies, legal entities, established in France.

Aid recipients must have at least 50,000 subscribers to a single digital channel at the date of the aid application.
