Any change in status, or in the general regulations, or any termination of office of a member of the governing and deliberative bodies of an approved organisation shall be communicated to the Minister responsible for culture within fifteen days of the corresponding decision. Failure to notify may result in withdrawal of approval.

If, on the date of publication of the work, the author or his successor in title has not designated an approved collective management organisation, the organisation with the largest number of works managed, determined in accordance with the practices of the professions concerned, is deemed to be the assignee of the reprographic reproduction right.
