The Conseil national de l’ordre registers the service provider on a special list. This registration is exempt from the payment of fees. The Conseil national de l’ordre will send the applicant a receipt stating his registration number, mentioning, where applicable, the speciality or specialities corresponding to the professional qualifications he has declared and, in the case of partial access, the professional title under which he is authorised to practise and…

The service provider shall inform the competent national health insurance body of his service in advance by sending a copy of the receipt referred to in Article R. 4311-38-2 or by any other means.

A nurse who performs professional acts in France under the conditions provided for in article L. 4311-22 shall be subject to the disciplinary chamber of first instance in whose jurisdiction he or she performs the professional acts. The competent authority of the State in which the service provider is established shall immediately be informed of the penalty imposed on him.

If there is any doubt about the language skills required to practise the profession, the President of the Conseil national de l’ordre or his representative will check that the candidate has a sufficient command of the French language.

The following are set by order of the Minister for Health: 1° The model for the declaration and the declaration of partial practice as well as the list of accompanying supporting documents ; 2° The information to be provided in the statistical reports.
