The competent authority’s assessment of the applicant’s command of the French language results in a decision that may be appealed to the administrative court with territorial jurisdiction.
The profession of speech and language therapist may not be practised in premises or outbuildings of commercial premises. The prohibition set out in the previous paragraph does not prevent the practice of this profession in premises belonging to a health, social or medico-social establishment or educational establishment, or in premises set up by a company for the care of its staff.
When the qualification or, where applicable, the authorisation to practise is registered with the regional health agency, the person concerned is issued with a professional card, the model for which is drawn up by the Minister for Health. Any change of professional residence outside the boundaries of the département requires a new registration.
