The Director of the Regional Health Agency and the Armed Forces Medical Corps shall send the Minister for Health and the body responsible for managing the register referred to in Article D. 4113-118 a monthly update of the data resulting from the operations provided for in the first three paragraphs of Article D. 4354-1.

On the basis of the processing implemented as part of the procedures for authorising the practice, management or monitoring of the activity of medical electroradiology manipulators and medical laboratory technicians, the competent departments of the State and the public establishments of the State placed under the supervision of the Minister for Health transmit to the body managing the register mentioned in Article D. 4113-118 a weekly update of data to…

Data transmitted in application of articles D. 4354-3 and D. 4354-4 are deemed to have been validated by the body or authority that transmitted them.

For the application of article L. 4351-10, the lists for the profession of medical electroradiology manipulator are obtained from the information contained in the register mentioned in article D. 4113-118. The content of each list is limited to practising professionals and, for each of them, the following data: 1° The personal identifier in the register referred to in Article D. 4113-118; 2° The surname and first name of the practising…

Professionals who have obtained authorisation to practise part of the profession concerned appear on a separate list containing the professional title under which they are authorised to practise and the corresponding field of activity.

Persons who have obtained, within the last three years, evidence of the training or authorisation required to practise the profession of medical electroradiology technician or medical laboratory technician, but who are not practising this profession, shall register with the regional health agency of their place of residence or with any other regional health agency. The persons mentioned in article D. 4354-7 must inform the Regional Health Agency within one month of any change in their marital status, professional situation or residence, in particular any change in their correspondence details.

The Director of the Regional Health Agency shall send the body responsible for managing the register referred to in Article D. 4113-118 a monthly update of the data resulting from the operations provided for in Articles D. 4354-7 and D. 4354-8. The data thus transmitted is deemed to have been validated by the agency.
