The competent authority’s assessment of the applicant’s command of the French language results in a decision that may be appealed to the administrative court with territorial jurisdiction.
The following are set by order of the Minister for Health: 1° The programme and procedures for the preparatory training for the State diploma of childcare assistant ; 2° The conditions for awarding this diploma. This diploma may be obtained by validating experience, the organisational procedures for which are set by order of the Minister for Health.
