Shares may not be pledged as collateral. Their nominal value may not be less than 15 euros. Shares corresponding to contributions in kind are non-transferable and are cancelled when the holder ceases to be a partner.

At least half the nominal value of shares representing cash contributions must be paid up at the time of subscription.
