Midwives may prescribe to their patients and obtain for their professional use the medicinal products classified as narcotics listed in table IV of appendix 41-4.
Midwives may prescribe the medicinal products listed in table V of appendix 41-4 to persons who regularly live with the child or pregnant woman.
Midwives may prescribe the medical devices listed in table VI of appendix 41-4.
For the renewal by half every three years of the National Council of the Association of Midwives, the members of this Council are divided into two groups. The first group comprises two midwives elected respectively within the first and second sectors mentioned inarticle L. 4152-1.
