Without prejudice to special regulatory provisions, pursuant to Article L. 2500-1, the public contracts mentioned in Articles L. 2511-1 to L. 2515-1 are subject to this Title.
The public contracts referred to in Articles L. 2511-1 to L. 2515-1 are subject to the rules relating to payment periods set out in Section 2 of Chapter II of Title IX of Book I and in Article R. 2112-5.
For the amicable settlement of disputes between the parties to a public contract referred to in Articles L. 2511-1 to L. 2515-1, the provisions of Chapter VII of Title IX of Book I are applicable, with the exception of the provisions relating to the advisory committees for the amicable settlement of disputes.
When a public contract mentioned in articles L. 2511-1 to L. 2515-1 is entered into by a purchaser and has as its object the construction of a work covered by articles L. 2411-1, L. 2412-1 and L. 2412-2 respectively , it is subject to Book IV of this Part.
The provisions of articles D. 2192-1 and D. 2192-2 are applicable to invoices issued in performance of public contracts referred to in the legislative provisions of Chapters I to IV of Title I.
The provisions of article R. 2192-3 are applicable to invoices issued in performance of public contracts referred to in the legislative provisions of Chapters I to IV of Title I.
The public contracts mentioned in 4° of Article L. 2512-5, insofar as they relate to the public passenger transport service by rail, are governed, for their award and performance, by Decree no. 2019-1083 of 24 October 2019 on the terms and conditions for awarding and performing public passenger rail transport service contracts.
For the application of articles R. 2172-15 and R. 2172-18 in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte and La Réunion, the words: “regional director of cultural affairs” are replaced by the words: “director of cultural affairs” and in Mayotte the words: “regional prefect” by the words: “State representative”.
French Guiana, Martinique and Mayotte may come under the jurisdiction of an inter-regional or inter-departmental committee provided for in article R. 2197-3.
