Concession contracts are awarded in accordance with the procedural rules set out in Chapters I to V of this Title, subject to the special rules applicable to concession contracts covered by Chapter VI of this Title.

The awarding authority publishes the concession notice in the following three publications:1° In the Official Journal of the European Union;2° In the Bulletin officiel des annonces des marchés publics or in a legal gazette;3° In a specialised publication corresponding to the economic sector concerned.
In addition to the concession notice referred to in article R. 3122-2, the awarding authority may publish a supplementary advertising notice on a medium other than the one chosen as compulsory. This additional notice may, where appropriate, include only some of the information contained in the concession notice published on a compulsory basis, provided that it expressly indicates the references of the latter.
Notices intended for publication in the Official Journal of the European Union are sent electronically to the Publications Office of the European Union, which is responsible for their publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
