For the amicable settlement of disputes between the parties to a concession contract referred to in this Book, the provisions of Chapter VII of Title III of Book I shall apply.

For the amicable settlement of disputes between the parties to a concession contract referred to in this Book, the provisions of Chapter VII of Title III of Book I shall apply.
The concession contracts referred to in Chapters I to IV of Title I of this Book are subject to the rules on electronic invoicing set out in Section 1 of Chapter III of Title III of Book I of this Part.
Notwithstanding article L. 3200-1, the concession contracts mentioned in 11° of article L. 3212-4 are governed, for their award and performance, by the provisions of article L. 2121-17-1 of the Transport Code.
For the application of the legislative provisions of Book I to Saint-Barthélemy:1° In article L. 3112-3, the word “other” is deleted;2° In article L. 3114-9, the words “within the meaning of Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC of 6 May 2003 concerning the definition of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises” are deleted;3° In article L. 3123-1, the references to articles 1741 to 1743, 1746 and 1747 of the General Tax Code are replaced…

For the application of the legislative provisions of Book I to Saint-Martin, in article L. 3123-1, the references to articles 1741 to 1743, 1746 and 1747 of the General Tax Code are replaced by references to the provisions with the same purpose applicable locally.
For the application of the legislative provisions of Book II to Saint-Martin, the second paragraph of Article L. 3200-1 is deleted.
