When all the needs resulting from service considerations have been met, the centre’s Board of Directors, on the basis of the Director’s report, makes proposals for the allocation of any accommodation that remains vacant. The region to which the centre is attached may grant government employees, by virtue of their duties, precarious occupancy agreements without penalty for such accommodation in return for a fee that it determines.

Only those housing concessions granted on the basis of absolute necessity of service include free bare accommodation. Charges relating to the supply of fluids and other ancillary services are either borne directly by the employee or reimbursed to the organisation that has advanced them.
