The agreement provided for in article L. 211-5 must include the stipulations set out in this paragraph. For each sport, a standard agreement is drawn up by the delegating sports federation and approved by order of the Minister for Sport.

The agreement may only be concluded if the beneficiary of the training is at least fourteen years old on the date it is signed.

The agreement sets the duration of the training, which may not begin before the date on which it is signed. It specifies the grounds and procedures for terminating the agreement, either by mutual agreement between the parties or at the initiative of one or other of them, prior to the term set.

The agreement sets out the sports training received by the person concerned. It indicates the nature of the school education provided and mentions, where applicable, the special arrangements and methods of help and support from which he or she may benefit as part of his or her schooling.

The agreement sets the maximum weekly duration, including the duration of competitions, during which the beneficiary of the training is required to practice a physical or sporting activity in any discipline whatsoever. The agreement also specifies the duration of holiday periods and the minimum rest period between two competitions.

The agreement specifies the terms and conditions of the medical monitoring that the training centre is required to organise and to which the trainee is required to submit.

The agreement specifies the arrangements for accommodation, catering and ancillary services. If the beneficiary of the training is a minor, the agreement also sets out the arrangements for supervision outside the time devoted to sports training and teaching, as well as the conditions for transporting the person concerned between his or her home and the places where the training takes place.

The agreement sets out the beneficiary’s obligations towards the sports club managed by the association or company to which the training centre belongs. It may stipulate that the person concerned must take out a sports licence with this club.

The agreement specifies the terms and conditions under which each of the parties will bear the costs of all kinds associated with the training. Where applicable, it sets out the terms and conditions of remuneration for the beneficiary of the training.
