Withdrawal of approval is decided by a reasoned decision of the Minister for Sport. This order is published in the Journal officiel de la République française. The federation benefiting from the approval is informed in advance of the reasons for which the withdrawal of approval is envisaged, and is given the opportunity to present its observations.
