The region is responsible for the recruitment, management and remuneration of the staff of the sports resource, expertise and performance centres exercising the competencies mentioned in 1° to 4° of article L. 114-5. These staff carry out their duties under the conditions defined in article L. 114-16.

I – The region is the owner of the premises for which it is responsible for the construction and reconstruction. II – The real estate assets of the sports resources, expertise and performance centres belonging to the State on the date of publication of Law no. 2015-991 of 7 August 2015 on the new territorial organisation of the Republic are transferred in full ownership, free of charge, to the region….

Articles L. 1321-1 to L. 1321-6 of the General Local Authorities Code apply to existing buildings transferred in application of article L. 114-7 of this Code.

The conditions under which housing concessions and ancillary benefits are maintained for certain categories of State personnel in establishments under the jurisdiction of the regions are set by decree in the Council of State.
