A failure by the lender to comply with the formality set out in article L. 312-67 is punishable by the fine laid down for 5th class offences.
A creditor or credit intermediary who contravenes the obligations set out in the first sentence of Article L. 312-68 is punishable by the fine laid down for 5th class offences.
A failure by the lender to comply with the obligations set out in article L. 312-71 is punishable by the fine laid down for 5th class offences.
A failure by the lender to comply with any of the obligations relating to the renewal of renewable contracts set out in articles L. 312-75 to L. 312-83 is punishable by the fine laid down for 5th class offences.
Repeat offences punishable under articles R. 341-1 to R. 341-10 and R. 341-12 to R. 341-18 is punishable in accordance with the provisions of articles 132-11 and 132-15 of the Criminal Code.
If the creditor or credit intermediary fails to comply with the formalities relating to pre-contractual information prescribed in article L. 313-7 or the second paragraph of article L. 313-24 is punishable by the fine laid down for 5th class offences.
A creditor or credit intermediary who fails to comply with the pre-contractual information formalities prescribed in article R. 313-11 and relating to the advisory service is punishable by the fine laid down for 5th class offences.
If the lender contravenes the provisions of articles L. 313-20 and L. 313-22 relating to the valuation of the property is punishable by the fine laid down for a 5th class offence.
A failure by the lender or credit intermediary to comply with the obligations relating to informing the borrower in the event of a change in the borrowing rate set out in Article L. 313-46 is punishable by the fine laid down for 5th class offences.
Any person who remunerates or causes to be remunerated a seller of movable or immovable property under conditions contrary to the provisions of the third paragraph of article L. 314-23 is punishable by the fine laid down for 5th class offences.
