Any breach of the provisions of articles L. 217-16 and L. 217-17 relating to the obligations of the professional when rescinding the contract, is punishable by an administrative fine of up to 15,000 euros for a natural person and 75,000 euros for a legal entity. Any breach of the provisions of articles L. 217-19 to L. 217-20 relating to updates is punishable by an administrative fine of up to €3,000 for a natural person and up to €15,000 for a legal entity. This fine is imposed under the conditions set out in Chapter II of Title II of Book V.
Any breach of the provisions of articles L. 217-21 to L. 217-23 relating to commercial guarantees is punishable by an administrative fine of up to 15,000 euros for a natural person and 75,000 euros for a legal entity. Any breach of the provisions of articles L. 217-25 to L. 217-27 relating to after-sales services is punishable by an administrative fine of up to 3,000 euros for a natural person and 15,000 euros for a legal entity. This fine is imposed under the conditions set out in Chapter II of Title II of Book V.
Any breach of the provisions of article L. 217-28 relating to the suspension of the guarantee period is punishable by an administrative fine of up to 3,000 euros for a natural person and 15,000 euros for a legal entity. This fine is imposed under the conditions set out in Chapter II of Title II of Book V.
The provisions of articles L. 221-9 and L. 221-10 are provided for on pain of nullity of the contract concluded off-premises.
