Any trader offering new mobile terminal equipment for sale or hire shall inform the consumer of the existence of offers of reconditioned mobile terminal equipment. .
Any breach of the pre-contractual information obligations mentioned in 1° to 4° and 6° of article L. 111-1 and articles L. 111-2 and L. 111-3 is punishable by an administrative fine of up to €3,000 for a natural person and up to €15,000 for a legal entity.
Any breach of the pre-contractual information obligations mentioned in 5° of article L. 111-1 is punishable by an administrative fine of up to €15,000 for a natural person and up to €75,000 for a legal entity. This fine is imposed under the conditions laid down in Chapter II of Title II of Book V.
Any breach of the obligation to provide information on the period of availability of spare parts referred to in article L. 111-4 is punishable by an administrative fine of up to €3,000 for a natural person and up to €15,000 for a legal entity. This fine is imposed under the conditions set out in Chapter II of Title II of Book V.
Any breach of the spare parts availability obligation mentioned in articles L. 111-4 and L. 111-4-1 is punishable by an administrative fine of up to €15,000 for a natural person and up to €75,000 for a legal entity. This fine is imposed in accordance with the conditions set out in Chapter II of Title II of Book V.
Any breach of the obligation to provide the information mentioned in article L. 111-6 is punishable by an administrative fine of up to €3,000 for a natural person and up to €15,000 for a legal entity. This fine is imposed under the conditions laid down in Chapter II of Title II of Book V.
Any breach of the information obligations mentioned in articles L. 111-7, L. 111-7-2 et L. 111-7-3 of this code and in II of the article 15 of law no. 47-585 of 2 April 1947 relating to the status of companies grouping and distributing newspapers and periodical publications shall be liable to an administrative fine of up to 75,000 euros for a natural person and 375,000 euros for a legal entity….
Any breach of the provisions of article L. 112-1 defining the terms of information on prices and conditions of sale and the provisions of the orders issued for its application is punishable by an administrative fine of up to 3,000 euros for a natural person and 15,000 euros for a legal person.
Any breach of the provisions of articles L. 112-3, L. 112-4 and L. 112-4-1 relating to price calculation methods is punishable by an administrative fine of up to €3,000 for a natural person and €15,000 for a legal entity. This fine is imposed under the conditions laid down in Chapter II of Title II of Book V.
Any breach of the provisions of article L. 112-8 is subject to an administrative fine, the amount of which may not exceed 75,000 euros for a natural person and 1% of turnover excluding tax achieved in France during the last financial year for a legal entity. This fine is imposed in accordance with the conditions set out in Chapter II of Title II of Book V.
