The provisions of article 11 of the Code of Criminal Procedure or those relating to professional secrecy do not prevent the disclosure of information by authorised agents, with a view to preventing a serious or immediate danger to the health or safety of consumers.

For the application of the third paragraph of the article 11 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the public prosecutor may, for the same purposes and under the same conditions, make public, through the intermediary of competition, consumer affairs and fraud control officers, objective elements drawn from the proceedings that do not include any assessment of the merits of the charges against the accused persons.
