Convicted offenders placed under judicial supervision are also subject to assistance and monitoring measures designed to facilitate and verify their reintegration. These measures and the obligations to which the convicted offender is subject are implemented by the sentence enforcement judge assisted by the prison integration and probation service, and, where appropriate, with the assistance of organisations authorised for this purpose.

The sentence enforcement judge may modify the obligations to which the sentenced person is subject, by order made in accordance with the procedures provided by Article 712-8. When placement under mobile electronic surveillance has been ordered as part of judicial supervision for a person sentenced to a term of criminal imprisonment of fifteen years or more for one of the offences referred to in article 706-53-13, it may be renewed for as long as the person is subject to judicial supervision or security surveillance.

Judicial supervision is suspended by any detention occurring during its execution and not resulting from a withdrawal of all or part of the duration of sentence reductions decided pursuant to article 723-35, and it resumes, for the remaining period, at the end of this suspension.

Where necessary, a decree shall determine the terms and conditions of application of the provisions of this section.
