The practitioner shall inform the Director General of the Centre National de Gestion and the Director of the establishment to which he is appointed of his intention not to continue working at the end of the current period, at least three months before it expires.

In the event of non-renewal which is not at the practitioner’s initiative, the decision is taken after a reasoned opinion from the head of the department or, failing that, the head of the internal structure to which the practitioner is assigned and the chairman of the establishment’s medical committee.
