The public health establishment pays hospital radiologists the share of the technical fee mentioned in article R. 6154-8 on a quarterly basis.
The fee referred to in Article L. 6154-3, payable to the establishment by self-employed practitioners, is set as a percentage of the fees they receive for this activity. However, fees received for examinations for which the fee structure separates the intellectual service from the operating costs of the equipment are not subject to the fee.
