Article R6111-46 of the French Public Health Code

Decisions to designate candidates are published in the Recueil des actes administratifs of the regional prefecture and on the website of the regional health agency. The decision to designate a candidate is notified to the selected health establishments by any means that can be relied upon to provide a date certain. The interested parties are also notified in the same way of the rejection of other applications.
