The authorised site includes spaces adapted to the weight of the patients received.

The coordinating doctor specialises in : either in endocrinology-diabetology-nutrition; – or in hepato-gastro-enterology, in which case he must have training or proven experience in nutrition; -in general medicine, in which case they must have training or proven experience in endocrinology-diabetology-nutrition.

I.-The authorisation holder has on-site equipment adapted to the weight of the patients admitted. II-The authorisation holder provides access, on site or by agreement, to a technical rehabilitation centre for the treatment of patients with severe obesity.

In addition to the teams provided for in article D. 6124-177-3, the multidisciplinary team includes: 1° At least one physiotherapist; 2° At least one dietician; 3° At least one psychologist; 4° At least one adapted physical activity teacher.

Care is organised in such a way that, depending on the patient’s clinical condition, at least two sequences of treatment, including one sequence of individualised care, are provided each working day in the case of full hospitalisation or each time a patient is admitted to hospital part-time.
