The authorisation holder offers each patient care in at least two of the following therapeutic practices: -masso-kinésithérapie; -ergothérapie; -diététique; -orthophonie; -psychological care; -psychomotricité; -adapted physical activity.
Care is organised in such a way that, depending on the patient’s clinical condition, at least two individual or group treatment sequences are provided each working day in the case of full hospitalisation, or each time a patient is admitted on a part-time basis.
In addition to the coordinating doctor provided for in article D. 6124-177-69, the registrant appoints an additional coordinating doctor specialising in haematology or with proven training or experience in onco-haematology.
The authorisation holder is able to ensure the continuation and monitoring of chemotherapy treatment, under the conditions set out in article R. 6123-90-1.
The technical operating conditions applicable to health establishments and medical biology analysis laboratories carrying out analyses to determine a person’s genetic characteristics or to identify them by genetic fingerprinting for medical purposes are set out in Title III of Book I of Part One of this Code.
The authorisation holder must have at least: 1° An inpatient area where patients can be treated in an emergency; 2° An interventional cardiology room equipped with radiodiagnostic facilities used for radioguided interventional procedures and capable of guaranteeing air quality that reduces the risk of airborne microbial contamination. The authorisation holder must ensure, in the context of exposure to ionising radiation, that staff and patients have access to the tools needed to optimise radiation protection. A dedicated echocardiograph must be immediately accessible from the interventional cardiology room.
The authorisation holder organises the patient’s care pathway, which in particular includes the patient’s reception, the performance of the interventional procedure and care up to and after discharge. When treating a child, the authorisation holder facilitates the presence of the parents in the hospital sector.
Protocols organising the management of patients are drawn up between the doctors performing interventional activities and, where applicable, the other doctors involved in this management, without prejudice to the provisions of articles D. 6124-91 to D. 6124-102. These protocols ensure the continuity of care provided for in article L. 1110-1.
