The provisions of the first paragraph of article R. 811-17 relating to traineeships are applicable to persons entered on the traineeship register.

The provisions of the first paragraph of article R. 811-17 relating to traineeships are applicable to persons entered on the traineeship register.
The provisions of article R. 811-18 relating to the training certificate and the refusal to issue this certificate are applicable to persons entered in the training register.
The panel responsible for conducting the aptitude test for judicial representatives is that provided for in Article R. 811-19. However, the two judicial administrators are replaced by two judicial representatives appointed after consultation with the Conseil national des administrateurs judiciaires et des mandataires judiciaires. The articles R. 811-20 and R. 811-21 are applicable.
The provisions of articles R. 811-22 to R. 811-24 relating to the aptitude examination are applicable to candidates for the profession of judicial representative. The examination is organised under the conditions defined in article R. 811-22.
I. – Pursuant to the provisions of the eighth paragraph of Article L. 812-3, are exempt from professional training: – court-appointed administrators, lawyers, notaries, auctioneers, bailiffs, commercial court clerks, former solicitors, chartered accountants, auditors who have practised their profession for at least ten years; – persons who have worked for at least ten years as an assistant to a judicial representative; – persons who hold one of the qualifications or…
