An order of the Minister of Justice will determine the geographical areas in which aid may be granted to maintain or set up a practice. The areas referred to in the previous paragraph are defined in particular on the basis of the number of established professionals, the number of plans to set up and the needs identified.
Installation and maintenance grants take the form of subsidies of a fixed amount paid for each service meeting the following conditions: 1° Their fee is proportional; 2° They relate to a monetary base below a threshold set, for each profession concerned, by joint order of the Minister of Justice and the Minister responsible for the budget, which does not exceed €80,000;
Installation and maintenance grants are awarded up to: 1° A ceiling per service defined, for each profession concerned, by the order provided for in 2° of Article R. 444-27, and which does not exceed €100; 2° An overall ceiling per professional of €50,000 per calendar year.
