Foreign nationals whose situation is governed by this book may be placed in administrative detention under the conditions and in accordance with the procedures laid down in articles L. 741-1, L. 741-4, L. 741-5 and L. 741-7 when they are subject to a decision imposing an obligation to leave French territory or a ban on movement on French territory taken in application of Chapter I of Title IV.
