The submission, investigation and adjudication of the appeals referred to in Article L. 251-7 are governed by the rules set out in Article R. 614-1.
The notification of expulsion decisions taken against foreign nationals whose situation is governed by this book shall include the time limit for leaving the territory. Except in emergencies, this period may not be less than one month.
The provisions of this title as well as the provisions of articles R. 611-1, R. 611-2, R. 614-1, R. 631-1 and R. 632-1 to R. 632-10 shall apply to foreign nationals whose situation is governed by this book.
The provisions of articles R. 711-3 to R. 711-5, R. 721-1 to R.* 721-3, R. 731-1, R. 732-1 to R. 732-6, R. 733-1 to R. 733-21, R. 741-1 to R. 741-3, R. 742-1, R. 742-2, R. 743-1 to R. 743-22, R. 744-1 to R. 744-47, R. 752-1 to R. 752-5, R. 753-1 to R. 753-5 and R. 754-2 to R. 754-20.
European Union citizens failing to comply with the registration formality provided for in article L. 236-1 is punishable by the fine provided for fourth-class contraventions.
Failure by third-country national family members mentioned in article L. 233-2 to apply for the residence permit mentioned in article R. 233-15 within the time limits stipulated in the same article is punishable by the fine stipulated for fifth-class offences.
Failure by third-country national family members mentioned in the second paragraph of article L. 234-1 to apply for the residence permit mentioned in article R. 234-2 within the time limits stipulated in the same article is punishable by the fine stipulated for fifth-class offences.
In addition to the provisions of this title, the provisions of articles R. 811-1 to R. 811-5, R. 812-1, R. 814-1 to R. 814-4 and R. 822-2 to R. 822-5 shall also apply to foreign nationals whose situation is governed by this book.
The provisions of this book shall apply ipso jure in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, subject to the adaptations provided for in this chapter.
For the application of the provisions of this book in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon:1° References to the Prefect are replaced by references to the State representative in the local authority;2° In article R. 237-1, the reference to Article R. 431-22 is deleted;3° In Article R. 270-4, the reference to Article R. 812-1 is deleted.
