The decision of inadmissibility taken pursuant to Article L. 754-1 is transmitted and notified to the person concerned through administrative channels by the authority holding the asylum applications in the place of detention.
Documents provided by the applicant will be returned with the decision.
The authority in charge of asylum applications in the place of detention informs the prefect who decided to keep the person in detention of the meaning of the decision of the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons. .
