The automated processing of personal data to support the assessment of the minority of persons declaring themselves to be minors and temporarily or permanently deprived of the protection of their family (AEM), referred to in Article L. 142-3, is governed by Articles R. 221-15-1 to R. 221-15-9 of the Code de l’action sociale et des familles.
In application of article L. 313-5, the mayor of the municipality of the place of accommodation or, in Paris, Lyon and Marseille, the arrondissement mayor may, as a State agent, implement automated processing of personal data relating to requests for validation of reception certificates, the purpose of which is to combat abuse of procedure encouraging illegal immigration.
The personal data recorded in the processing operations mentioned in Article R. 142-43 are listed in the annexe 6.
