Article R552-14 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

When the person has not left the place of accommodation by the date mentioned in Article R. 552-12 or, where applicable, by the end of the period stipulated in Article R. 552-13, the manager implements the exit decision taken by the French Office for Immigration and Integration. The manager will inform the Office and the Prefect of the département in which the accommodation is located. .
