Article R571-1 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

After fulfilling the obligations set out in article R. 521-7, the asylum seeker is given the asylum application certificate referred to in article L. 571-1. It specifies that the foreign national is the subject of a procedure pursuant to regulation no. 604/2013 of 26 June 2013.This certificate does not allow free movement in the other Member States of the European Union.
