Corporate entities convicted under article L. 823-12 shall incur the penalty of confiscation of all or part of their assets, whatever their nature, movable or immovable, divided or undivided.

It is punishable by one year’s imprisonment for a foreign national placed under house arrest pursuant to 6° or 7° of article L. 731-3 or articles L. 731-4 or L. 731-5 to fail to comply with the obligations to report to the police and gendarmerie units provided for in article L. 733-1.
It is punishable by one year’s imprisonment for a foreign national under house arrest to fail to comply with the prescriptions relating to placement under mobile electronic surveillance that have been set for him or her pursuant to article L. 733-14.
It is punishable by one year’s imprisonment for a foreign national under house arrest to fail to comply with the prohibition on being in contact, directly or indirectly, with certain named persons whose behaviour is linked to activities of a terrorist nature, which is prescribed for him or her pursuant to article L. 733-15.
