The non-permanent members of the panels of the National Court of Asylum are appointed for a renewable period of three years.For the determination of the order of the table of the members of the corps of administrative magistrates assigned to the court, only the date of appointment in the grade is taken into consideration. In the event of appointment on the same date, precedence is given to the eldest.
