The employer shall inform the labour inspector referred to in Article L. 8112-1 and, as appropriate, the Nuclear Safety Authority or the delegate for nuclear safety and radiation protection for defence-related installations and activities at the end of any radiological emergency requiring the intervention of a worker assigned to the first group.
