When workers take their meals on site, a refectory is provided for them. This room must meet the following requirements: 1° It must have a sufficient number of tables and chairs: 2° It must have at least one appliance for reheating or cooking food and a pantry of sufficient capacity to protect the food and, if possible, a refrigerator; 3° It must be kept in a perfectly clean condition.
